Martyrs Christina of Tyre, & Boris and Gleb of Russia
The Dormition fast has started for some and will start soon for others. OrthodoxNW would like to wish a Joyous Fast and Feast of the Dormition to all. Here are three Orthodox recipe sites located in the NW that may add some spice to your fast (forgive the terrible pun I just couldn’t resist). Seriously there are some very tasty looking recipes on these sites enjoy! If another NW parish has a recipe site please let me know so I can include it in this post. Greetings Alexei and thank you, for the update. It is added to the post and I have linked it under Orthodox Practical links -food. Thank you again for letting me know and for reading the site. You have a very warm little mission. The music was very prayerful and the sermon very challenging the one time I visited. Pray you get a permanent home soon! Anthony
