Have you ever fancied yourself a great, I mean a Greek cook?  Well now you can be both!  St John the Baptist in Post Falls Idaho is holding Greek and Lebanese cooking classes in November.   Avlogomeno, Date and Nut Mamouls, Humus, Baba Ganoush, Baklava, etc., it should be a tasty experience!
