Abp Gabriel and the Iveron Myrrh Streaming Icon to visit Holy Trinity Parish in Vancouver, BC Sept 10 and 11

Per the Holy Trinity website:  “His Eminence GABRIEL, Archbishop of Montreal and Canada will visit our parish on the feast commemorating the Beheading of Saint John the Baptist, Saturday, September 10 and Sunday, September 11, 2011.

On these same days our parish will have the great honor of the presence of the Iveron- Hawaiian miracle-working and myrrh-flowing  icon of the Most holy Mother of God at the Divine Services for the feast.


Saturday, September 10 – Meeting of the icon and Vigil for the feast – 6:00 p.m. Sunday, September 11 – Greeting of the archbishop, Hierarchal Divine Liturgy and General Moleben/ Prayer service of Intercession before the holy icon – 9:30 a.m.

В день памяти Усекновения главы Св. Иоанна Предтечи, в субботу 10-ого и в воскресенье 11-ого сентября 2011г. наш приход посетит правящий архиерей нашей епархии, Высокопреосвященнейший ГАВРИИЛ, Архиепископ Монреальский и Канадский.

В эти дни пребывает в наш храм и чудотворная-мироточивая икона ИВЕРСКОЙ-ГАВАЙСКОЙ Пресвятой Богородицы и будет пребывать в нашем храме на праздничных богослужениях.


В субботу, 10-ого сентября – Встреча иконы и Всенощное бдение в 18 часов В воскресенье, 11-ого сентября – Архиерейская встреча, Божественная Литургия архиерейским чином и общий Молебен перед чудотворной иконой в 9:30 часов утра.”
