Adrian serves for the First Time at Liturgy

Έτη Γενέσεως Κόσμου κατά ‘Ρωμαίους  Sept 1  7520 AM  Happy New Year!

While on vacation my son Adrian served Liturgy for the first time at St John the WonderWorker in Eugene, Oregon on the Feast of the Dormition.  It was a long one preceded by a Baptism.  Besides serving on a Major Feast, it was extra meaningful, because he was Baptized on the Feast of St John.  Also we know some of the wonderful people of this fine parish from the Family Camp they sponsor.  Many of the people thought he was Russian and told him he did a fine job which he didn’t mind at all.   ; )  For the first time ever he asked to go to Liturgy next Sunday, of course, the fact, that the parish has a playground and a fussball table doesn’t hurt.  (To all my readers don’t worry family features will not be a regular staple, but I just couldn’t resist! Oh and photos are used with AJ’s Permission)
