“Support Fr. Seraphim’s OCMC Mission Trip to Kenya

Fr Seraphim Majmudar, pastor of St Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in Tacoma, WA, will be leading a mission team to the Turkana region of northwest Kenya from July 21 to August 7, 2013.  Please pray for us as we travel into very isolated villages to instruct newly baptized tribes people in our Orthodox Faith. This is also the area where, through the generosity of the late Father Anthony Tomaras of Gig Harbor, WA, a beautiful school and chapel has been built to further educate and serve the newly illumined Orthodox faithful in Turkana. You can view an amazing video about the story of this mission at the Orthodox Christian Mission Center website:If you feel so moved, please don’t hesitate to donate.  You can make contributions directly to the OCMC at their website.  You can also contact Fr Seraphim at:  253.365.5817 cell or frseraphimm@gmail.com

We are looking for at least four more courageous, mission-minded people to join us!  Please read the following link and consider joining our team.”
