Fast-free Week. Fast-free

Venerable Ephraim the Syrian (373), Venerable Theodosius, abbot, of Totma (Vologda) (1568),  Venerable Isaac the Syrian, bishop of Nineveh (ascetic writer) (7th c.).

Greetings to all readers and subscribers of OrthodoxNorthwest.  I wish to ask forgiveness for my lack of posts and updates for over a year.  This has been a difficult and trying two years for personal reasons.   I am planning and beginning to  maintain this site again.  I ask your patience and prayers.
