Feast of the Theotokos Icon Joy of Canada at Monastery of All Saints Dewdney, BC July 29, 2018

“The feast of the icon of the Theotokos “Joy of Canada” will be celebrated on 29 July 2018.

This is the annual feast of the Monastery of All Saints in Dewdney. The Liturgy will be celebrated in various languages to reflect Canada’s multiculturalism.

An 18 century icon of Jesus Christ “The Pantocrator” will be blessed. It was completely restored and donated to the monastery.

A Cross Procession will be made to the monument in the field where a short moleben will be served.

Please inform others of this event and remember to bring food for the Agape meal that will follow.”  Per the Monastery email.
